On November 10, 2025, a meeting of the Association of Private Higher Education Institutions took place at the Transport and Telecommunication Institute, during which a new board was elected. The new board members are (from left to right):

 ➡️ Ilmārs Blumbergs, Rector of Riga Aeronautical Institute,

 ➡️ Zane Driņķe, Rector of Turība University,

 ➡️ Oksana Lentjušenkova, Rector of the EKA University of Applied Sciences

Zane Driņķe was elected as the Chairperson of the Board, succeeding Juris Kanels, Rector of the Transport and Telecommunication Institute. The goal of the Association is to represent the interests of private higher education institutions established by legal and natural persons, and to promote their closer integration into the Latvian and international higher education systems.
