 | Riga Aeronautical Institute (RAI) together with the larger higher education establishments and enterprises of Latvia is participating in the international exhibition "World Expo 2017" (Astana, Kazakhstan). The head of RAI delegation at the exhibition is the External Relations Manager, Asnata Venckava. In the frame of the education week at the exhibition RAI represents a full range of possibilities to receive higher education diplomas and professional licenses and certificates in aviation, transports and logistics. The exhibition visitors took great interest both in RAI and its training programs. The exhibition stand has been visited by the Ambassador of the Republic of Latvia in Kazakhstan Mr. J. Pogrebņaks, Managing Director of "Kazaeronavigatsia" Mrs.Karlygash Kaken, Consul General of the Republic of China Mr. Zhan Shuhua. RAI representatives participated in the meetings with management of the Ministry of Education of Kazakhstan, representatives of national airlines, including Air Astana and Qazaq Air, representatives of education establishments such as Nazarbayev University, Civil Aviation Academy and Aviation College. Preliminary agreements about mutually advantageous cooperation have been reached. RAI has confirmed its high status in the sphere of aviation, transport and logistics specialist training.
