Riga Aeronautical Institute (RAI) participates in the ESF project "Support EQAR agency set to comply with" which is launched by the Academic Information Centre

Main activities of the Project:
1. Accreditation agency strategy development and improvement of the quality management system;
2. Pilot accreditation process implementation in 12 higher education institutions;
3. Conduct of external expertise by Accreditation Agency;
4. Development of E-platform for the accreditation process and monitoring of the quality of higher education;
5. Training and seminars for internal and external quality assurance issues;
6. Membership of the European associations and other international organizations in the higher education quality assurance processes.

  RAI, as one of the 12 participating higher education institutions, is taking part in the second activity of the project – pilot accreditation implementation in 12 higher education institutions.
  RAI according the cooperation agreement with the AIC has applied for accreditation of the programs for the study direction "Transport Services" within four study programs. In accordance with the schedule of the project RAI has prepared and submitted necessary package of documents for pilot accreditation to the AIC.
