The Riga Aeronautical Institute, as a member of LETERA, visited the company Edge Autonomy, represented by Vladimir Reiskarts. During the visit, we gained valuable insights into the company’s products and had the opportunity to tour their production facility, learning about their approach to ensuring efficiency in a rapidly growing environment. Edge Autonomy is one of the world’s leading companies that manufactures long-endurance unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), as well as reconnaissance and surveillance systems. The company supplies its products to over 70 countries worldwide, with their UAVs capable of flying for up to 25 hours. The new knowledge and experience gained as a result of the visit will be used to further develop the RAI study process in the field of using new aviation technologies. We would like to express our gratitude for the interesting experience and look forward to meeting again in their new facilities!
